This festive season, Executive Chef Hamish Watt and the culinary team at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort bring you a delightful fusion of modern Australian flavours infused into the traditional Christmas fare. Embracing the spirit of the season, we’ve meticulously selected the finest, seasonal produce and exquisite Australian seafood to create a culinary experience that will enchant your taste buds.

Indulge in a worldly selection of hot and cold dishes and fresh seafood, before enjoying the traditional roast carvery with an assortment of festive condiments.

Be sure to save some room for our in-house pastry chef’s, decadent dessert collection featuring a traditional Christmas Yule log, fruit mince pies and other indulgent sweet treats. The desserts are aptly accompanied by an ice cream and s’more station with all the trimmings.

From 5pm : Tuesday, 24 December 2024.

Adults can enjoy this festive buffet for $199 per person whilst Children aged 5 to 12 are priced at $89 per child. Children aged 4 and under are complimentary with a paying adult.

Beverages are not included and will be available to purchase on consumption.

Cancellation Policy : Full payment refund (100%) is applicable if cancelled more than 7 days out from the event, a 50% refund is applicable if cancelled within the 7 day period and no refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the event.
