InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort owned by Mulpha Australia Limited and is managed by InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort (IHG). These entities exercise absolute control over the property and reserve the right to refuse admission to any persons or to require any persons on the property, at any time and for any reason, to leave.

All persons entering the property agree to comply with the Conditions of Entry.

Swimming & Pool Precinct Policy

Swimming pools at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort are unsupervised, all children under the age of 16 years must be supervised/accompanied by a parent or guardian in the swimming pool areas.

Any persons using the swimming pools do so at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Management recommends supervision at all times.

Running on paved pool surrounds is not permitted.

Please do not leave your valuables unattended, the Resort will not be held liable for any loss of property.

No organised parties on-site or large groups are permitted.

For the comfort of all guests a minimum dress standard of smart casual attire and footwear is required in all restaurants and resort public areas, and appropriate swimwear in and around the resort pool facilities.

BYO Alcohol & Food Policy

InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is a fully licensed venue where guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the resort.

No glass, food or beverage, eskies, cooler bags (or similar) can be brought into the hotels’ grounds. Dining is only permitted at the tables provided.

Responsible service of alcohol applies at all times around the lagoon and pool areas, and in resort venues.

To ensure that all guests enjoy a seamless and safe experience, we kindly request the following expectations:

Please treat all team members, fellow guests, and the resort property with the utmost courtesy and respect.

We encourage you to foster a welcoming and respectful environment through the use of mindful language and behaviour. This includes refraining from verbal abuse, harassment, or any intimidating actions.

We ask that all guests avoid any behaviour that could create an uncomfortable environment for others.

We kindly ask you to treat our resort with care and report any accidental damage so we can address it promptly.

To keep the air fresh and enjoyable, please adhere to designated smoking areas and local regulations.

Local Wildlife

Our resort grounds are often frequented by local kangaroos and wildlife. For safety reasons we kindly ask guests to not disturb or touch kangaroos or wildlife and to only observe from a distance as these are wild animals that are unpredictable.

Recreational Drone Usage on Resort Property

InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is committed to maintaining the safety, comfort and privacy of all guests. Recreational drone usage is not permitted on resort grounds.

Commercial drone usage must receive management approval and requests should be made directly to the hotel.

Other

Bicycles, skateboards and external buggies are not permitted on resort grounds.

Dogs and other animals are not permitted on hotel grounds.
