Conditions Of Entry

InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort owned by Mulpha Australia Limited and is managed by InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort (IHG). These entities exercise absolute control over the property and reserve the right to refuse admission to any persons or to require any persons on the property, at any time and for any reason, to leave.

All persons entering the property agree to comply with the Conditions of Entry.

Swimming pools at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort are unsupervised, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian in the swimming pool areas.

Any persons using the aquatic environments do so at their own risk. Management recommends supervision at all times.

InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is a fully licensed venue where guests are not permitted to bring alcohol onto, or away from, the resort. Please note fines are applicable to guests who do not operate in accordance with the resort’s strict no BYO alcohol policy.
