The Barossa Valley’s Finest at The Fireplace

Hailing from the Old Garden Vineyard, one of the top 10 most famous vineyards in the world, Hewitson and The Fireplace invite you to join us for an unforgettable night of fine dining and award winning wine.

Contrary to what one might believe, the world’s oldest-producing vines are not in Europe, but Australia. Planted in 1853, the Old Garden vineyard is now owned by Dean Hewitson, winemaker and proprietor of Hewitson winery in South Australia.

From 6:00pm on April 11th, join us on the Fountain Terrace for champagne and canapes before we take our seats and enjoy an exquisite and carefully curated five-course degustation menu, designed by Executive Chef Hamish Watt, with each dish masterfully paired with Hewitson wines.
