For $30 per person, immerse yourself in the exquisite surroundings of our one-acre lagoon beach, our heated terrace pool or outdoor spa.

Find the perfect sun lounger on the sand or umbrella by the terrace pool and settle in for a day of bliss. Indulge in an enticing selection of casual poolside fare and classic cocktails delivered to your seat with convenient QR code ordering available.

Each pass includes access to the pool facilities, hire of a pool towel and water. Food and beverage is additional.

Bookings are essential and must be made in advance, using the below booking platform. Walk-ins are not accepted. Passes have strictly limited availability and may not be available at times of high patronage. Before booking a Resort Day Pass, please read and understand the usage conditions below.

Resort Day Pass Conditions

Please read and understand all conditions prior to booking.

  • Resort Pass Conditions

    – Resort Pass fee of $30 per person is pre-paid at time of booking

    – Valid on day of issue only from 10am to 5pm

    – One Resort Pass per person, not transferable to other guests

    – Please present at the Lagoon Beach Club to access pool towels

    – No glass, food or beverage, eskies, cooler bags (or similar) can be brought into the Hotels’ grounds. Dining is only permitted at the tables provided.

    – Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or behaving inappropriately. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.

    – No organised parties on-site or large groups are permitted

    – Swimming in the Resort pools and use of facilities is at the Resort pass holder’s own risk. The hotel strongly suggests that children be supervised at all times.

    – All children under the age of 16 years are to be accompanied by an adult

    – All guests must adhere to the hotel’s pool rules for the safety of all concerned

    – Guests are responsible for their belongings, the hotel will not be held liable for any loss

    – A dress code of smart resort casual applies.

    – In the event of inclement weather, a change of booking date may be permitted.

    – A 15% surcharge applies to food & beverage on Public Holidays

  • Lagoon & Pool Usage Conditions

    – All children under the age of 16, are to be accompanied by an adult/s.

    – No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk

    – No glass, food or beverage, eskies, cooler bags (or similar) can be brought into the Hotels’ grounds. Dining is only permitted at the tables provided.

    – Responsible service of alcohol applies at all times around the lagoon and pool areas

    – No organised parties on-site or large groups are permitted

    – Running on paved pool surrounds is not permitted

    – Please do not leave your valuables unattended, the Resort will not be held liable for any loss of property.

    – Dog and other animals are not permitted on hotel grounds

    – Bicycles, skateboards and external buggies are not permitted on hotel grounds
